How I knew Watermark was the place for me

The first thing that jumped out to me about Watermark is how much the employees want to work with business owners to achieve their goals. Watermark not only provides a specific service to family enterprises, but also looks for ways to help them grow. I knew that I wanted to be a part of an organization that was so committed to the success of each company it works with.

Favorite aspect of what I do

I enjoy that there is always something new and challenging to learn. I like the idea of making an impact on multiple organizations and helping them to be as successful as they can be. I enjoy being a problem solver and working in a fast-paced environment with colleagues that are just as dedicated as I am.

What inspires me, or what am I passionate about

Learning is what I am most passionate about. I enjoy challenging myself to always learn something new. To me, nothing is more inspirational than putting in the hard work to achieve something and then finally being able to fully understand it.

If I am not spending time with family and friends then I am either watching Butler basketball or the Indianapolis Colts. I also enjoy playing soccer, tennis and golf.
